Following client enquiry, client specifications, signed terms of engagement, agreement on budget and timelines, overview design research & feedback and client approval to proceed we action two main steps: Sourcing and Procurement.
Our sourcing process involves the selection of vendors and suppliers that can provide required items. We work with our clients to:
1. Determine the exact pieces that will be sourced
2. Review all product options (e.g. colours, dimensions, textures, quantity, etc)
3. Identify one or more vendor for each item and present multiple quotes if desired.
Our procurement process involves specifying order details, pricing different options, reviewing and placing the orders. We work with our clients to:
1. Present a detailed procurement design brief
2. Product price comparisons
3. Initial client approval of final product specifications
4. Track budget vs total cost based on client selections
5. Final review and approval of total cost
6. Order placement
7. Logistics and delivery coordination
We also offer add-on services if required to cover:
A) Furniture, fixtures & equipment for residential spaces
B) Operating supplies & equipment for commercial spaces
