Fill and return client design questionnaire
We’ll send you a confirmation and details of appointment for an initial virtual consultation. This is free if you opt for one of our packages but a small fee will be applied if you decide not to opt for any of our packages.
If you decide not to opt for one of our packages then we will issue an invoice for you to pay for the initial consultation. Once we receive your payment a receipt will be sent to you, and we will take no further action.
If you choose to go with one of our packages, we will provide an indicative pricing guide for you to confirm and proceed.
We arrange a visit to view the space, take pictures and measurements.
We get designing.
You receive a confirmation for a virtual design brief where we will discuss the proposed design plan and procurement list required.
We make any required changes following discussion and finalise design plan in line with agreed timelines.
Our dedicated team start implementing the project. You will be required to pay any procurement cost prior; however, our service fee is due only upon completion.
You provide feedback and review which is helpful for us to know what we have done well and what we could have done differently to enable us to maintain an excellent service.
